I purchased this item through Walmart delivery. When I removed the Keurig it was very obviously used. Product did not state it was preowned. There were coffee stains in the reserve well as well as coffee splatters on front of machine. Very disappointed.
I've been using Keurig machines for 20 years. I have the worst luck! I upgraded to the really fancy model last time and it only lasted a year! I'm very careful with them too. I pour water into the reservoir so I'm not having to pull it off and on. Usually the motor gives out but this last one cracked and started making water from underneath the machine. So i bought this one. It wasn't very expensive so I figured if it stops working after a year then no big deal. This one worked 2x and then died. Seriously, 2x!!! It's not user error either. These things are always easy to use. Open, place pod in, close, hit brew. I'm returning it and will be switching to a different brand.
I thought this was going to be a great coffee maker but quite to the contrary, it made horrible coffee. I use great value coffee pods, I tried filtered water from the refrigerator, bottled drinking water and tap water, didn't make any difference, I couldn't believe it was the coffee because I've used this coffee for years. I also didn't like getting the pod in and out, seemed a little conveluted to me. The price was right but the coffee maker was a disappointment, I gave it week and ended up returning it.
I've had this product before (when they first came out %26 purchased from Wal-mart!) and it lasted a long time, I was happy with it until I had a power surge. I wanted another just like it again however this one does not live up to my last one. The cup size (amount per button pushed) is less than it should be. If I want 10 oz, I want 10 oz, NOT 8 oz. Frustrating and not convenient to have to do it twice to get a cup of fast coffee. I really should return but feel uneasy because I've used it in hopes it would work if I "broke it in" so to speak. Not :(
I thought I would be buying a quality-made product when I purchased Keurig. My mistake! I bought a Keurig single serve coffee maker. I never even got to plug in this coffee maker. The piece of plastic that is supposed to hold the water reservoir/tank in place is tiny and will surely not stand up to daily use over time. It leaves the water reservoir/tank unstable and rocky. I know from the older, less expensive single serve I'm replacing (of another brand) that this is just CHEAP design. I am SO disappointed. I guess I've learned a lesson and now have to go through the troublesome process of returning this cheaply made Keurig product!
