Keurig - K-Iced Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker - White

Big disappointment and daily frustration. I'm now having trouble with the replacement they sent me for the one I purchased 4 months ago. This new machine malfunctioned on the first day out of the box, gave me 2 ounces of cold coffee with grounds. It hasn't worked well one day in the 2 weeks I've had the replacement. I've purchased many Keurigs over the years but have been getting lemons for the last few. If they can't send me a machine that works well, I'm done with Keurig.

Bought to replace same Keurig Slim we had for several years that was having problems with setting the cup size. I like this one because it's slightly less space on the countertop. So far it's working great, however the water reservoir is a few ounces less so we have to refill it more often. Not a big problem and I would recommend it to anyone who likes Keurig and coffee.

This Keurig K Iced is one of the lesser expensive models by Keurig but still does its job, exactly as described. Mine stopped working within warranty, so I'm not sure if it's because of its lesser quality or just a fluke. I've had a K Slim for I'd say approximately 5 years, which is much sturdier, of course more expensive, but is still running well except for it's 'idiot' descale light, which stays on, even after I have just cleaned it. I must mention here that I was very pleased & impressed by the excellent replacement service for my Keurig K Iced pot that I received from Keurig, which I believe I got because I purchased it straight from their official site. It was quick, no hassle whatsoever, the woman courteous & kind. Plus, I received my replacement in just a couple of days! I was told not to bother to return it & to just toss the old broken one instead! So pleasantly surprised!

I love this machine! I've been through 2 name brand espresso/ iced coffee makers in the past and got rid of both because they either required a lot of upkeep, use of coffee grounds, or very expensive pods. Keurig pods are so easy to come by, fantastic and this machine is low maintenance! And I love the versatility of being able to enjoy a hot coffee as well as iced. The ice does not melt, and coffee does not taste watered drown! Highly recommend!

I bought the K-Iced this month and I am super happy I did. The other Keurig that I had didn't last long - I bought the slim version and it had to be replaced in the first month. Then it only lasted 1 year. So far I am happy with the options that it has on it. The iced coffee and hot one tastes great! The only thing missing is the power button. Instead I have to unplug it.
