KidKraft Deluxe Wooden Easel with Chalkboard, Dry Erase Surfaces, Paper Roll and Paint Cups - Natural

Unfortunately the item arrived with a scratch on the chalkboard. It's also not the best chalkboard surface as it's not really a chalkboard material. The overall size and function wasn't an issue though, and it seems to do the job. But might not be the best quality for the price.

I was disappointed to receive the product with missing pieces after reading other reviews with the same comment. My expectation would be that, upon receiving such feedback, KidKraft would do a quality check on their inventory to ensure the same error doesn't persist. I received excellent customer service from the person I spoke with on the phone to order the missing parts, so ordering the parts was easy for me to do online (albeit quite timely as it took about 2 weeks for them to arrive, which was a longer wait time than for the easel itself). The easel is quite nice, though not of the sturdiest quality. We are overall happy with the product now that we have all the pieces and were able to assemble it, but not sure we would purchase again.

after only few month , it has fallen apart. It started to break since the first day. I am trying to see if I can return it , I bought it as a gift for my niece and was traveling during the covide so I wasn't aware of the issue with the gifts until few days ago when I went to visit my sister and that was the embarrassments! I paid a good amount for this product and was expecting the high quality product but it is just a cheap product that falls apart super quick

The quality isn't as good as it seems. When gently putting it together, the “wood” slightly cracked in two places. Also, one of the ends on the spindle never screwed in properly and frequently falls off. I read other reviews that noted similar quality issues, but I thought maybe they were just too rough with it. I was wrong. I was also disappointed that neither the chalkboard or white board were magnetic. It makes it hard to hang/clip the paper in place for your little ones when they are trying to paint/draw, etc.

The wood is poor quality. I used to love KidKraft products but they aren't made to last anymore. The first time I ordered the same table from another seller and when it was shipped to me the wood was already broken. The second time I ordered it from Walmart because the first seller couldn't get it to me in time. It looked fine in the box but once I started assembling it I noticed the wood caved in.
