KidKraft Grand Gourmet Corner Play Kitchen with 5 Accessories

The kitchen is cute, however upon assembly we found that a few of the pieces were damaged. The most visible is the crack on the freezer door. I inquired about getting a replacement just for that piece and I would've had to return the entire kitchen and wait for a new one. I wasn't going to go thru the assembly again! I will try contacting the manufacturer on the box.

I'm not even finished building this, but that's how frustrated I am that I need to leave a review now. DO NOT BUY unless you plan to spend hours assembling this. This is the most frustrating thing to put together to date I have bought for my child. I have thought of buying a plastic one and just cutting my losses. I've even thought of paying a carpenter or someone with carpentry skills to finish it. You can't tell me they couldn't have made this easier.

I bought this for my 2 yr old she loves it after days and days of putting this together...I have never seen a child's toy come with so many pieces screws etc...we were lost with the first step it took us all weekend to put together after brainstorming with the instructions

All in all, the kitchen set is pretty amazing. My daughter loves it, it seems durable and sturdy. I am impressed. My only issue and a rather large one was building it. Not an easy task, but I had help. There was one important piece that was manufactured incorrectly and I had to bust out a drill, a tape measure and rebuild it. I read a few reviews prior to buying it and this was mentioned a couple of times, I was prepared, so it wasn't too bad.

We had bought another kitchen for my kids a couple years before and did not like it. This kitchen set exceeds our expectations. It is very durable and both of our girls can play on it at the same time. It took us a long time to build it for Christmas but it was well worth it.
