Kitchen is a great size for tall or older than toddler kids, the counter is taller than most, just enough. It has a very nice look, seems very solidly made, time will tell. The building of it is reason for a knock off a point because it took 2 of us, experienced at putting things together, over 3 1/2 hours to decipher the ridiculous instructions and parts. A few pieces needed some moving around to make it fit due to holes being slightly off. The washer is very tight to open the window door and you must hold the large door shut to pull really hard to open the little washer window - hoping this will relax over time. The only electronic part on it is the drink/ice maker and it is perfect. We have been served beverages over and over. A very big hit. The full kid size refrigerator was also a big hit compared to the Step 2 kitchens that, though cute, are so unusable. This set allows the child to put pans in the stove, store food and dishes in the fridge. The Melissa and Doug cookie set fits! The full size cake fits too. Love the extra storage on the top shelf for her little mixer, pizza oven and blender. The size is enough that multiple kids can play together and have room. I see several years of play with this kitchen set. I wouold suggest adding tap lights under the microwave shelf for even more play. The only concern is if the wood might chip but i think touch up paint would fix that issue too. Very well thought out toy and I bought it for an exceptional price on Black Friday!

When we opened the box the entire set was covered in fiberglass bits and the box was damaged upon delivery. Normally I'd return the item for exchange but it is out of stock everywhere. My husband is going to try and clean all of it but totally unsafe on Walmarts part.

We really like the play kitchen. Having read nightmare assembly reviews, I just took my time, so no issues. I've included a photo for size reference. My granddaughter is 2-1/2, and 35” tall. The oven does not open like a regular oven—all doors open side to side. They need a little force to open and snap closed, so usually ajar for play. We didn't put batteries in for ice cube dropping sound

It was a very long assembly. Theres not many sounds like expected. Theres an ice depenser sound that sounds more like a toilet flushing and thats the only sound. Its nice and tall. It also has a lot of storage which is great. I bought it because it matched my actual kitchen but theres better ones out there. I would recommend looking for one that has actual sounds for more entertainment .

Assembly was made difficult in some sections and needed 2 people to do. This was in sections that needed the screw and a cam type nut. I think for the money it could have more sounds not just the ice dispenser. The plastic one she outgrew had more items with sounds.
