King Arthur Bread Mix, 18.25 Oz

Haven't tried baking with this as I usually mix my own gluten-free mixes, but I love how convenient this is instead of having to combine different GF flours. Not sure how it makes up given that it's fortified but I have hope!

I love this mix and use it to make all different flavors of cookies. The oat flour gives a wonderful texture and flavor. Much better than rice flour based mixes. Wonderful quality and shipping. Would recommend to anyone on a gluten free diet.

Delicious treat for the whole family. I love to add raisins, chopped nuts and dates to the mix. Can make many cupcakes. They are big and fluffy. Satisfied

The quality of the ingredients are clean making it taste good and the use and recipe of it being GF benefits GF friends. The serving size is standard and the packaging is nice.

This was the first time I bought this brand but it turned out to be a good choice. The quality is great. There isn't any strong taste so I can use it in any kind of bread that I make. For health reason I will use it more often, though it is much more expensive than other normal type of bread flour.
