King Oscar Wild Caught Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil 2 oz

I'm writing this review because the anchovies I bought at Auburn Walmart stank very bad and had a blood red color with white spots. I threw them away. I think other cans in the store should be checked at least randomly to be sure it's not a bad lot. I buy these all the time and are usually very good and of the highest quality.

these were a little mushy in texter and smelled like rotten fish! We have never had any anchovies that smelled like these. I had to seal them and throw them in the garbage. had to put one star to submit my review, though I wouldn't have given them that ,obviously.

both cans were so spoiled that they spit rottin fish all over me. never buy again.

We bought two cans of these, but they had a strange smell, not the usual fishy anchovy smell, but they smelled spoiled, so we threw them both out.

After opening had to toss three anchovies cans due unpleasant aroma. Have been eating anchovies and loved their taste from teen age. Dont know if the issue was the oil or the fish. Had never had this issue before with this or any other brand.
