These sardines taste decent on saltines with a spritz of lime or lemon juice or my preferred way with sliced black olives. Good fish source of omega-3.

These are the sardines to get if you are new to canned fish. Delicious and mild tasting but with a good overall flavor. You will not notice the bones because these are small fish. They practically disappear into the product. Great to eat as a snack with some saltines and a hot pepper sauce. Add the brislings with the olive oil that they packed in to cooked pasta, sprinkle an amount of fresh lemon juice, and it is a quick tasty meal. Highly recommended.
