I needed a coffee pot for my office that made at least 20 cups of coffee, easy to handle, and cost effective. This coffeemaker was perfect.
So far, so good! We needed two pots of coffee and that's what we get each morning. It's very user friendly. Only complaint is that it would be nice if it were made of a stronger plastic or stronger material. Some concerns on how long it will last.
This is the second time we have purchased this dual coffeemaker for use at work. The first one lasted for well over one year, which is very good considering that it is used for three shifts, five days a week. We recommend this product.
With all of the features, you would think that it would have an automatic cut-off. There is none, thus making this product useless for my need.
