(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had this dishwasher for three months and are very happy with it. Cleaning performance is excellent. The main reason we chose this model was the third rack, and it has not disappointed. Moving glasses and some utensils to a super deep third rack frees up so much space! Very glad we went with the KA dishwasher for this reason.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Original bought a Bosch Dishwasher it died in the first 2 weeks. The warranty repair took over 2 months and they still couldn't fix it. The service team at Bosch was horrible. So I returned my bosch and got a kitchen aid. So far all is great it works great and the company is much easier to deal with plus they have repair people in my city unlike bosch so service will be much quicker but I doubt I'll need that.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought my old Kitchenaid dishwasher in 1994. It served me well, with no problems. I'm loving my new Kitchenaid dishwasher. Like the way the racks are set up. Would have preferred the cutlery rack to be at the front, so that I didn't have to lean so far in to load the odd piece that I've used over the day. (Just a little hint for the design department). Dishes are sparkling clean, and it is sooo quiet.

It is okay. Not the greatest quality racks. Miss the small flip down rack in previous KA that holds very small bowls if required. I find the dishes wobble around too much -- something wrong with the way the racks are made. You get less and less quality as time goes on, I find.
