This is an excellent e-reader! It is very comparable to my Kindle, and has a wonderful look and feel to it. It is light, looks like "paper" (not a harsh screen), and you can change the size of letters and font. I know that my mom needs a much larger font than I do, and this is perfect to make those words look huge! I am a huge convert to e-readers so that I can carry my whole library without having to dredge around heavy books. Now I just have to go on my next vacation so I can pack it for the plane and the beach.

You can purchase books on the Walmart store, load in your own pdfs, and borrow books to read if you have a local library card! I love the flexibility this gives you for reading. It also minimizes the blue light for reading in bed and there are many fonts to choose from. It's also a good size for home reading or on the go. Slip one into your work bag and it's perfect for a long commute. It's also waterproof so no need to worry about some rain getting on it when you're on the go. Great work on this one! Love it.

This is a great reader. The screens light is plenty bright to read in even the darkest of places. It is even waterproof which is great if you want to read at the beach, by the pool, in the tub...in a submarine....you name it. Or maybe you are just clumsy and spill water or wine on things. I like the size of this too, it's larger than the other ones that I have used. It is also really lightweight which is great to throw into a bag without weighing you down. Overall recommend!

ComfortLight technology reduces the amount of blue light coming from the screen, which turns the screen a yellowy-orangish color and is supposed to be better for your eyes and your sleep quality, especially if you read late at night. I also love the ability to rent books from your local library - the eReader will easily pay for your itself if you rent a few books from your library. Check with your local public library to see if they participate in this program. having the blue light filter is so nice. I didn't even realize what I was missing out on until I started using this Kobo to read at night. It really changed how my reading habits. I love it because I can read and there is no strain on my eyes. I also love it because I do not disturb others. This is a tool that really helped me get back to reading and I am so grateful for it. Also, at the price it is offered, it is a total bargin. A must buy for anybody looking to get back into reading.
