I love it but my fingers hurt

As a beginner guitar user, this is pretty good for someone looking to see if playing guitar is something they want to do. The only bad thing is that I did not receive any picks I was suppose to receive.

I bought this guitar as a surprise for my daughter (35). She'd mentioned that she would love to learn how to play, so I ordered the guitar and had it sent to her house. When it arrived the guitar was broken. Either the guitar is poorly made and/or the care in shipping was substandard. I've not been able to return the guitar due to transportation issues...that's why I ordered it.

But well worth the wait! My granddaughter added to her list the last week before Christmas! I knew it would be a late gift! I'm glad I bought it anyway! She is so thrilled to have it!

This is my first guitar ever so there is not much to compare it to in any way. But I have no complaints, it is full size(which I was concerned about when I read the desc.), the tuner is great and easy to use, the guitar sounds like it should. I have had no issues with anything breaking on it or the bag. If you're looking for a guitar to learn on, this is the best value for your money hands down. I looked for days before picking this one, and I am not disappointed.
