It is light weight & as a runner that's important. It supports my muscles. I have issues with my knees & calves. It really helps. I love the colors & I love lots of color when I run!

adhesive caused me to breakout. i am allergic to acrylate based adhesives so its not surprising but it is unfortunate and dangerous there was no product description detailing this.

To be honest/ I was disappointed that the cotton doesn't stay on for more than a day -if that-not in the way that yr synthetic tape does -I've finally gotten pretty good at taping so I found it frustrating -

Tape works great. I run and sometimes need a some for training. I like the black color, it doesn't irritate my skin and the order came really quick. Love KT take.

I have been using KT for a year or so now. I love how thin and supportive they are. So much better than wearing a bulky knee brace/sleeve. My doctor approves that I am using KT Tape over a knee brace. So convenient for travel also. Love the variety of colors. Highly recommend!
