Kushies Washable Diaper Liners 10pk

We bought these with our first purchase of kushies diapers. However, we have found we do not need them. The kushies ultra diapers hold almost as much as disposable. So if you regularly check your child's diaper to see if it needs a change you probably don't need this product. I wish we hadn't purchased them because we haven't used them yet and don't anticipate that we will in the future.

The product was fine but I was new to cloth diapering and expected it to actually be absorbent. It is not. These are more of just a liner to add a little depth. There are many other things I would use instead of this, but I guess it is depends on what you are going for.

I was initially disappointed to see how thin the liners were. "These aren't going hold up a cloth diaper," I thought. But then, they are not intended to. The product is clearly described as flannel and that's what they are. Is flannel thick? No. Do I have a basic idea of its absorbancy potential? Yes. That being said, I have really enjoyed them and contemplated purchasing more. They have taken our less than perfect diapers from leaky and unreliable to fully functional. If you're looking for a liner to add to your diaper, go for it. These are not intended to provide the sole absorbancy your diaper needs, but they add enough to the diaper to keep it from leaking (unless you leave the diaper on the baby for several hours!) * I also like how thin they are - they are easy to add to the already complete diaper.

I ordered these liners to go inside of the Kushies Ultra Washable Diapers. They work alright for my daughter, she isn't a super heavy-wetter, although probably heavier than average. My only complaint would be that they don't come out of the drier very well. They tend to wad and wrinkle up a bit... and the absorbancy doesn't seem that great, I'm new to cloth diapering so I have nothing to compare these to. For us they are just alright.

I purchased these liners for the Kushie Diaper System. They are just wonderful. I didnt have this system available when I had my family. What a loss. This Kushie system of washable diapers is terrific. I dont know why anyone would want to use plastic diapers again.
