Kushlan Products 600GAS Unassembled Wheel Barrow Cement Mixer

I've only used the Kushlan concrete mixer on two small slabs for air conditioners but I have to say that I love it! The cement turned out perfect when the attached instructions were followed. I'm so impressed that I'm buying a second one. I live far out in the country so mixed cement delivery is a problem. I have to pour the slab for a garage next spring so I am going to have several pallets of cement delivered and have my sons operate the two mixers while I work on the poured cement. Money well spent.

Just some simple engineering makes a huge difference. The height of the drum is right on point for an average size person to be able to empty bags of concrete without having to lift higher than waist level. The mixer performs well. Frame design allows dumping with accuracy and relative ease. Like going from a hand mixer (drill with attachment and plastic bucket) to a hands-free Kitchenaid. No regrets on this purchase.

So far this has been a great mixer only have used it for a couple basin pours but very handy only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the mix capacity is not quite what they say but will still mix 2 to 3 bags great and had to prop the back end up for it to mix a little better but overall and great mixer for what we have used it for so far will see how the longevity of the product is down the road

I'm happy with the performance of this mixer but I had to purchase longer carriage bolts for the hub to drum connection. I also had to purchase gear oil. The owners manual had a sticker stating the gear box was pre lubed but it wasn't. Good thing I checked or they would have gotten it back when the gears failed.

This mixer is well built and has held up on many job sites. The biggest downfall and the reason for the three stars is the width of the whole machine itself. I have other makes that are more narrow and lighter that fit down stairways much easier. This unit again is good for the money just not portability.
