In my case, the numerals are not large enough. Display not enough light.

The display went blank when the temp goes below about 20°, then doesn't show again until it rises high enough to read. I contacted the seller, and since I was lazy and missed my return window by a day or two, they will not do anything. The instructions read like the others have stated, that it will work from around -39° to over 100°. It just doesn't. I live in MN, so this will not be an option for me. Very disappointed.

This was extremely easy to set up and get going, just add batteries and screw outdoor monitor bracket in. Works perfectly for indoor and outdoor temperature reading. Highly recommend!

the transmitter is said to have a range of 200 ft it don't even have the range of 20 ft

I've had three different types in the past and one was this brand but told the wind also. This is perfect. I can read the indicators from a distance and the machine is not too big on the counter. It tells me the info that I really want to know. I did like the wind indicator but it was not accurate anyway.
