This is one of the milks I like to buy for my 6 and 2 year old. My 17-year-old in 14-year-old also enjoyed eating a bowl of cereal or if they're also having some waffles or pancakes. No complaints of any stomach aches when they drink it the texture is fine but this is one of the best milks. A little expensive but it's worth it
