Product seemed nice but we didnt even get to use it. Unwrapped it from packaging and it had a huge dent in the middle top of the door. Clearly appeared to have been packaged that way since the styrofoam was not damaged. Was very disappointing/embarrassing because it was a 50th birthday
1st one i ordered was damaged, the second one did the job. for the price you really can't complain. i smoked some ribs on it and they turned out delicious
I bought this smoker for my husband's graduation in May 2018 from college the first one I purchased was bent when I received it I sent it back and they sent me another one for a while it cook pretty good the door was always kind of hard to shut because the lock really isn't strong enough to hold it close we tried to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving and my husband had to tie a belt around the door because the lock just isn't holding it anymore ,so this is why I have to give this a very low score very disappointed.
Smoker came with two broken racks and a broken thermostat. Landmann send a new thermostat that also didn't work
Only maintains a temp of 225 on high but it suffices for what we use it for . I assume it doesn't hold heat because the door doesn't actually seal. Good enough for the price though.
