I have bought this during both my pregnancys and post partum journeys. It is a dream product. It rescues sore skin but also works great on baby dribble rash and on sore lips. There's no scent so it's not overwhelming for baby and the small tub makes it easy to stick in a bag or in the pram.

It is very thick and oily but I guess that's what it takes to get the job done. I have used this a few times on my lips as well when they have been very dry/chapped. This cream could definitely serve as multi purpose hydration rather than for just nipples. I do wish it was a little less thick. Fresh light scent.
