I got six books even tho the picture shows seven. The books are nice but very very very simple. There are literally pictures in a box on every page with like three words on every page. I say the books are simple because using Scout there are not very many activities to do or even much for him to read. So I rather just read them to my child myself.

First of all this should only be for 1-2 year olds in my opinion. Does not hold my 3 year old's attention. Much too simple. Secondly and MOST importantly it takes up MOST of the memory of the Leapreader Jr or Tag. So you can only have maybe one other book loaded onto it at the same time. So I am constantly having to remove and add their other books they want to read. Very time consuming an annoying. If they didn't force you to all six of the books and you could load individual books (favorites), that would make a world of difference. But as it stands they stay unloaded and collecting dust even though there are one or two that my kids would like to read :(

This book set has been a great addition to my son's Tag Junior. It takes up quite a bit of drive space on the device, but there are so many books in this group, it's hard to complain. The themes are fun for my son to follow, and the music is SUPER. My husband and I find ourselves singing along. Great tunes... ;) I like that it's teaching the same vowel sound throughout the entire story. Once he starts to read, he can see how the words are spelled too, so this makes this toy truly stick with him as he grows up.

The books have a lot of features for learning . It can be annoying if they are used for music and playing. They are meant for close adult supervision. I wished that we could download all the books we bought at once as we haven[t had the chance to use one of the books until we delete something else.

Loads of fun for my girls. This product will grow with her into her prekindergarten years
