Leather New Glycerine Saddle Soap

After being a loyal Lexol user for more than a decade, I switched to this product mostly out of convenience but also because I wanted to escape the gross film left on my hands after using the Lexol line. I do really love this hybrid leather care, my boots and tack are immediately softer after use, and definitely helps prevent cracking/wear. My one qualm with this Leather New product is that after a few uses it started lifting the dye off of my Ariat Compass H20 tall boots. I don't have the issue with my other leather products, just those specific boots. This kind of sucks because these boots have the waterproof coating on top, which I imagine is being removed with the dye... but I can fix that myself, and I will still continue to buy this soap. Just be wary as you use it over time!

He is always into something so his boots are always a mess. He got new boots right before we received this product. I refused to let them be worn until being treated. Happily the product work great. Cleans, conditions the leather, and helps repel moisture. Thanks so much for such a great product. Will be buying more to keep on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this saddle soap. It actually cleaned my saddle up quite well even after it had been sitting for some time. It left a decent protective barrier behind as well. My late-Father was always a fan for his boots, now I see why!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this to try and it's works on anything that's made of leather. It's not only works on saddles, but I cleaned my car seats with this. It left it shiny and looking like new. I also used this on shoes and it made them look brand new. It brought my saddles clean to. I would recommend this to anyone that has a lot of leather

I use this on anything that I would clean with glyserin bar soap. So much faster and neater to use because you don't need a sponge and water. For a quick daily wipe down of my schooling bridle I just spray it on a micro fiber cloth and give all the straps a quick going over. Then I use the same cloth do dust off my boots before I take them off. Leather New keeps the leather protected and soft and has made undoing the buckles and keepers on my bridle easier over time.
