LEGO Creator Expert Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 10269 Building Kit, New 2020 (1,023 Pieces)

Awesome bike. Received this one as a gift and I was ecstatic from the second I realized what it was. Built it with my partner and we had a blast. He has a couple Harleys but not a Fat boy. We just wish it was a black Road King or a green Low Rider for photo-sake. Overall wicked Lego set.

My first Lego motorcycle, and it was enjoyable. I read a few of the reviews first, and like one or two of them say, a couple of the smaller pieces in certain areas can fall off quite easily when handling the finished article, so just make sure that you handle it carefully before displaying it. All in all, very pleased indeed.

I bought this for my husband intended for fathers day but I couldnt resist giving it to him early. We're both novice lego builders and our expertise doesnt go beyond building our daughters sets. However this was so much fun to build and not too challenging. We loved how it gave us something to do in the evenings as a change over watching tv or staring blankly at our phones. We built it over a few evenings and were extremely sad when it was over! Definitely recommend, it looks great presented on our shelves in our kitchen!

This is the best Lego set I have owned/built to date. The build is a little tricky in places but not too bad and pretty straight forward overall with a bit of care and attention. But I don't think it is something for younger kids to attempt. It took me quite a few hours to complete but the time flew by as I enjoyed the build experience so much. I love the overall look to the final build. The attention to detail is outstanding. I love the extra information in the instruction booklet. The history of Harley-Davidson is great and I particularly liked the comments from the senior designer. I would like to read more from the designer(s) on how they tackled this project. I think the hybrid System and Technic build works really well. The Technic gives the strength and stability and the System bricks giving the amazing aesthetic look. The designer definitely got the perfect balance between the two styles of elements. There are loads of great features in this set including the engine detailing, unique double thickness rear wheel, fuel tank, seat and rear mudguard. But sometimes it is the little things and the use of the mini antenna as brake levers made me smile. Overall I love this set and can't recommend it highly enough. I'm sure it will go down as one of the all time best Lego sets.
