LEGO - Super Heroes The Guardians Ship 76193

Had 2 issues with bag five. The Mantis headpiece was missing however LEGO support was great and is shipping me the part. The second was bag five also having a random dark grey 4x1 slope piece. Neither the steps for bag 5 or the sets inventory shows this piece. The set uses light grey versions but not a dark grey. Guess I'll use it as the Mantis hat until the actual piece arrives :)

The set is incredible although it is missing a Drax minifigure which brought but all minifigures are great execpt for the chitauri minifigure of whom Drax should have replaced. the actual set is a great build that looked repetitive like the original but it didn't feel that way as it used fun techniques, and it is my favourite set I own and luckily I have Drax for GOTG2 to go along with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set packs a lot for its price & scale, the 6 characters build the excitement of play when my younger son (5) & I built this creation, I am jealous I want to keep it in the office as an ornament but I've had no such luck yet as it becomes the centre piece of our living room and is the current toy of the month. Build time took us not long but that was with lots of hands on coaching from Daddy. The box is quite big so be prepared for that on delivery, I wasn't sure what had arrived! A great purchase for any parent and child duo or Marvel collector alike.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow wow wow I'm a big marvel fan and so is my nephew, so we both made plans this horrid wet weekend to get building this Lego guardian ship! He is 13 so just a bit younger than the age guide although technically only by 6 months. So he did manage ok, but he definitely needed some adult help (that's me…I think XD). It did take us the whole weekend to complete, but this is the first time I've ever done one of this size, so I really think it will vary for different people and their skill level. The instructions were ok, as a first timer I did have to read them a few times to get a full understanding of what I needed to do but that's ok. I love that the ship came with little characters and they didn't have to be purchased separately! That to me was a great feature! Once completed it feels pretty sturdy, although I wouldn't recommend it be played with, it's definitely more of a decorative piece. So my nephew is now happily displaying it in his bedroom! I stupidly didn't get any pictures of the finished piece before he took it home and I was concentrating too much during the build to take pictures! I definitely recommend this item though! Was lots of fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is amazing! It's a big set, lots of pieces so takes a good amount of time. I take my time with these things so took me several days but I would assume solid building it could be done in maybe 3 hours? That is a guess. Great replica of the ship from the film and the minifigures are very well detailed. Star lord for example has two expressions to choose from. If you like guardians of the galaxy and lego, you will love this set!!
