Everything else is OK. Who can tell me How to reset this laptop (14w – Black) back to factory condition in case it cannot start up windows? Thank you!

The rugged construction of this laptop makes it excellent for homeschooling with a range of ages - an AMAZING price during the holiday season (under $130) made it a no-brainer for our very basic needs. The ongoing 100% CPU usage problems of Windows 10 make any PC a less-than-five-star device, though.

The build quality is very nice, it looks similar to my wife's T470s (case/screen/size). I was a bit worried that it would be too slow but so far it has been great for web based school exercises. For $130 it seems like a bargain.

It's a decent computer for the price. A bit slow at times to load web pages or respond to computer functions. At some point (a few weeks after purchase), the computer started go from "on" to "sleep mode" and then continue that pattern every few seconds. I restarted the computer and all seems well. We purchased for our kids to have a "starter" lap top for homework and online research so for that purpose, and again the price, I think it's fine.

Returning. I bought this for my child but it doesn't work right- Constant internet connection issues, constant account login errors, network adapter problems. She cannot even play a simple game of Roblox or watch a Youtube video. A $20 smart phone can do that! There are a few pluses- Screen looks nice, case is metal and heavy duty, buttons type well. Doesn't matter when the software doesn't work correctly. Do not buy.
