Lenovo Chromebook 3 11" Laptop - Intel Celeron N4020 - 4GB Memory - 32GB eMMC - Onyx Black

Arrived very fast, but DOA out of box... charged for hours, still dead, won't turn on. E-trash w/ zero QA before shipping.

when i received this laptop brand new !!! it didn't work at all the screen said that the crome was down an needed repair!!!! know this was a big disappointment to buy a brand new never used an for it come in already broken big disappointed

I had a comparable Chromebook but a different brand. As I was preparing to begin teaching ESL as volunteer, I realized that videos were often garbled. My wife had the same Lenovo that I ended up buying and I determined that the clips ran smoothly on her computer. I bought a second identical Lenovo from Walmart and a very good price. I've been teaching for three months and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

The Chromebook was not useable. It would not allow for setup or connect to Wi-Fi. The manufacturer and the 2-year protection plan were unable to service the device since it was manufactured in 2020. Lenovo customer support indicated these devices, if brand new, at this point have expired Wi-Fi cards and would not be able to be restored to a functioning state. The device was returned, but it's been more than a week since the tracking from the packaged was delivered to the seller and I've yet to recursive a refund.

I will tell you this I am a faithful customer of Walmart in my local store and also ordering online I have spent a lot of money with them I purchased this laptop from my daughter because she's homeschooling because of the covid-19 and which money is very very scarce because of loss of employment this computer lasted barely a month and a half and stopped working it wasn't dropped wasn't damaged just one morning we went to log on for class and it totally decided to stop working and now I'm stuck with a computer that does not work and I've spent my hard-earned money for it!! I am so disappointed but not surprised that they would treat their customers in this manner!! I would not recommend this computer for anyone not even someone I didn't care much for the only reason why I gave it one star was because the shipping was fairly fast
