This comes with Outlook 365 and Lenovo perks of which i was unaware and I was pleasantly surprised to discover this. It's been quite some time since I've purchased a laptop and this one was recommended by a computer nerd who loves Lenovo. Now I see why. It's so user friendly and slender, making it's use and portability exactly what I needed. Thanks Walmart and Lenovo!

Stopped working after 6 months. For home schooling needs it was worth it at first but since I can't get it to turn on whole even being plugged in I don't see how it could be worth it. A computer should last more than 6 months of gentle use. Seriously a poorly made product.

The machine gave me problems after 4 months of purchase I call Walmart they told me to get in contact with the company and they didnt help me at all. The problem is that during I use it go black screen and I cant shut it off and sometimes make noise. I hope something help me.

Worked great for about three weeks, then device would not turn on at all- remaining in sleep mode (which is apparently an issue with these devices). After running through some troubleshooting, I contacted the seller. Unfortunately, this all happened after the 15 day window of return, so the third-party seller was of no help and had to contact Lenovo directly. My computer now is on its way back to Lenovo-- hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Very nice at first but pass 15 days no. This laptop isn't college friendly several needed apps wasn't available for me going to school and working online, no Google chrome, not respondus lockdown friendly, camera poor quality, and after a few months laptop began beeping like a bomb, then just stopped working.
