Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14.0" Laptop, Intel Pentium Silver N5030 Quad-Core Processor, 4GB Memory, 128GB Solid State Drive, Windows 10S - Ice Blue - 81VU000JUS

I bought this because I needed a new laptop for work. I had done a little research and read reviews and thought I would buy it. It came in today and I LOVE IT. It's small, sleek, light-weight, and really simple to use. The key board is a little different than my last one, but I'm sure I'll adjust in no time. Great product so far! Perfect for doing work, emails, and surfing the web.

The machine gave me problems after 4 months of purchase I call Walmart they told me to get in contact with the company and they didnt help me at all. The problem is that during I use it go black screen and I cant shut it off and sometimes make noise. I hope something help me.

Worked great for about three weeks, then device would not turn on at all- remaining in sleep mode (which is apparently an issue with these devices). After running through some troubleshooting, I contacted the seller. Unfortunately, this all happened after the 15 day window of return, so the third-party seller was of no help and had to contact Lenovo directly. My computer now is on its way back to Lenovo-- hopefully this gets fixed soon.

It's not bad if you want something speedy light weight and basic. The one I received seem used though w glue on buttom and top of laptop unsure why? I didn't come w more protection wrapped around the box either so I'm thinking it's refurbished because when I bought it was thinking it was brand new. I say this because I've bought on here previous Laptop and it came brand new w packaging etc. I might end up returning just because I feel I was sold something that's not as advertised.

Kept overheating , I was dissatisfied because I really wanted this laptop but not even 5 minutes in use and it got SUPER HOT underneath . I was getting worried then . I turned it off waited for it to cool down which took 1 hour then I turned it back on and again in 10 minutes starting to get really hot .
