This should be a great computer but it has fallen apart. The chassis is cheap and has completely detached from the screen. When I close it, the screen pieces get hung up on the base. I have tried to put it back together with tape and clips so I can keep working.

Has all the functions you'd expect from a standard laptop, and the price point is great. The only thing I dislike about the product is the glare/screen resolution. It's never totally clear no matter how the screen is tilted or adjusted, but I'm not very particular and so it doesn't bother me much. Overall it's a great option for someone wanting a laptop without a lot of money

I bought this laptop to replace a much nicer Lenovo laptop that I've had since 2012. I absolutely regret buying this one. From the box, it's slow, unresponsive and almost NEVER works. The wifi in our home runs everything (including a smart TV) in our home with NO issue but not this laptop. I'm currently trying to open a web browser...I'm 30 minutes into my wait for it to open. Even opening the start menu is at least a ten minute wait. I can't adjust my settings, open more than one browser tab or anything else for that matter. I'd absolutely return it if I could and do NOT recommend this product at all.

My laptop screen cracked really easy. I was extremely sad because I purchased the laptop in December 2019 and it cracked in Feb. 2020. It experienced a very light movement that pushed back on the right side of my laptop bag and it immediately cracked even though was in the bag.It really was a WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED MOMENT. I had a really cheap HP laptop that fell in the airport and completely survived. I love the laptop size and function of it but I can tell it's extremely fragile.

Camera is not ideal. While I overall love this laptop, especially for the price, I have to say the cameras quailty is not up to par. It works but its very low quailty even on the highest setting. If youre looking for a good webcam this is not for you. Microphone is very nice, picked up on everthing I said and did while recording. Other than camera quality I truly like and would recommend especially for a school or personal use laptop
