No other reviews talked about how loud the fan is! I wanted a computer that was going to last me a long time and not sound like it was going to blow up every time I open it up. It get's really annoying. I thought it was just me doing something wrong with it but it wasn't. That computer is a complete lie. If you're looking for your dream computer this isn't the right one. The wifi shuts off when one drive turns on and then you have to restart the computer entirely. DON'T GET THIS COMPUTER!

I am writing this review for all of the people on here, that think this computer does not come with a Backlit Keyboard. This computer arrives with that feature disabled for some reason. To turn it on all you have to do is... hold down the FN key and then tap the space bar. That's it, worked for us like magic!! Great computer btw, it's quick, love the touch screen, nice quiet backlit keyboard, pretty quiet fan that doesn't go off too often, sound is decent but battery life could be better. Also the plug is giant, I can't plug it in behind my sofa, which is pushed up against my wall, however it charges the laptop very fast!!

Great laptop with good features, the sound is good, but the screen resolution is not very HD when you watch videos they look dark and if you are navigating on the web or in some apps the words sometimes look blurry, the screen is Touchscreen but only with your fingers not a digital pen. Thats the only issues I have with this laptop.

Great little computer but battery life very short, barely 3 hours ,very dissappointed , my past two computers had longer life after many years of service, Do not recommend for this reason

Bought this for my granddaughter to do "virtual school" classes. It came Google Classroom ready and was just beautiful! It also has windows 10 which was a plus. I would recommend this laptop.
