Battery dies very quickly. Does not go to sleep mode when lid is closed. Called customer service to request repair since it is still under warranty (less than 5 months old) and keep getting the run around. They say they will have a technical support person call me back to try to troubleshoot but no one ever calls. They say they cannot begin repair/replace process until technical support technician tries to troubleshoot with me. It is useless to have a laptop that dies unless it is plugged in. So frustrating to be in a zoom meeting or zoom class and the laptop dies within an hour. Not reliable or dependable.

Bought it in March last year was content for awhile but the keyboard over time has gotten loose it's built in weirdly.. Overall I've been disappointed with how it works and think I should've invested my money better.

No other reviews talked about how loud the fan is! I wanted a computer that was going to last me a long time and not sound like it was going to blow up every time I open it up. It get's really annoying. I thought it was just me doing something wrong with it but it wasn't. That computer is a complete lie. If you're looking for your dream computer this isn't the right one. The wifi shuts off when one drive turns on and then you have to restart the computer entirely. DON'T GET THIS COMPUTER!

Great little computer but battery life very short, barely 3 hours ,very dissappointed , my past two computers had longer life after many years of service, Do not recommend for this reason

Bought this for my granddaughter to do "virtual school" classes. It came Google Classroom ready and was just beautiful! It also has windows 10 which was a plus. I would recommend this laptop.
