LG - 23 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator with Craft Ice - Stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the refridgerator less than a year and the Craft Ice maker has failed. I purchased it for the Craft Ice maker feature, so it's failure is very disappointing. The regular ice maker doesn't produce enough ice no matter what setting is used. The rest of the refridgerator works well. We like the style, but again very disappointed with both Ice makers. Also, shocked at the price of the water filters whidh seem to last no longer than a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with everything with the exception that the doors open too wide! We have a tight space for the refrigerator and had an older full size french door that opened fully and no issues. This is a counter depth and had to cut off a 1 1/2 inches off my counter top so we could open the doors! Even with that, the freezer door will not open fully and hits the wall!

I am bought it tow months ago and needed assistance. It took a little more than I expected but in the end it worked well and it was part of the guarantee.

Purchased the refrigerator in August for our new home and really liked it in the beginning but over time the ice maker, especially the craft ice maker, makes very loud noises when the ice is deposited in the container. Other than that we are very pleased with the product and the performance.
