[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washer was an lg front load, it lasted us 13 years. It was time for us to downsize and I chose this smaller washer. First what I love: the lg app; It works with Alexa; for a small washer it can wash a lot of clothes. I will not try to wash my king size comforters in it though. Maybe a full size. All in all I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the washer for a little over a month. It'd been doing a great job and we we're quite satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately, a tear occurred in the rubber gasket for the door and due to the way the water fills it began to leak significantly. We requested a service call. LG and their service partners were on the issue immediately. Communication from both LG and the service person was GREAT! Our washer was repaired in quick fashion and is back to running perfectly.
