LG - 24" FHD 144Hz FreeSync Premium Monitor - Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my series s. It's a good gaming monitor. The good: easy to use joystick for the settings, straightforward options. Build quality is good, stand is very robust and easy to adjust up and down. The not so good: came with a couple of tiny dings on the top of the screen (maybe amazons fault) but not worth the hassle of sending it back. HDR and blur reduction arent worth using. Also comes with with energy saving on as default which should be disabled for gaming. Paid a bit more for the lg quality so I hope it lasts.

The is the best value model amongst all brands in all round. The image color is so natural that basically I didn't do much tuning before use. I really love the cleariness and crispy line of text / character. My eyes are so happy on watching it for long hours without any discomfortable feeling. I am so satisified with the adjustable height that I need it every single day. When I am standing work at my desk I need it to be on high position. When I am sitting down on chair I need it to be on low position. The height adjustment is very easy and can be done by just a simple pushing up / pressing down on the edge of monitor. The 16:9 cannot be beat and the modern outlook of black/red combination is so attractive. The material is sturdy and good in quality. After a month of purchase I am still so proud of my own decision on this best buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes good quality monitors, but they always do the same mistake. That's what holds me always back to buy LG monitors. At this model they make the same mistake as at the model before (LG 24GL650-B). When you Push it down, it moves not down enough. There are over 10cm room between the table and screen.

This made for more efficient use of my virtual office time, and with the use of a USB switch, I was able to share monitors between my work and personal (gaming) laptop. All works flawlessly.
