Do not buy this model. The "fancier" enclosed rail system for the top rack has broken 3 x in 1 month on me. We are not animals. We know how to open a dishwasher. It shouldn't be this sensitive to open the top rack without the rail system jamming up and needing to be replaced. We regret buying this model.

Super disappointed with quality of this product. Purchased and installed Jan 2023. Last week the upper rack arm and 3rd rack arm stopped working. LG has no available technicians within 2 hrs of us and offered to send out someone from 2.5 hrs drive away. Advised they likely won't travel to this location. Found local tech who advised the water pressure is low to the bottom arm and likely the motor is bad. Also the diverter pump isn't working. Recommend that the machine is not functional. Also indicated that can not get LG parts at this time. Profoundly disappointed with the lifespan of a “high quality” unit and the service options available.

The light up function when the door is open is amazing and helps with loading. I am extremely happy with this purchase and I have recommended it to my friends and family. Thank you LG.

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and its never worked. Tech has been out 3x. The last time we said it was my water pressure, installed a pressure reducing valve and still have won't run. Been trying to get this dishwasher switched out, but to no avail. Just can't figure out why I have to endure all this crap trying to get it replaced, I purchased all appliances at once, spent a lot of money and LG has handled this issue terribly.
