[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and I love the concept of it. what I mean is the way LG put all those speakers in the soundbar and side speakers, it is awesome. the sound fills the room and gives mostly a submerged feeling, however that bass is WEAK. Surround sound is supposed to be "felt as well as heard". The bass on this system is very lacking. To be completely honest it is an okay sound for a medium quality system, I expected more. My friend has a 65w 5.1 and when his bass hits or there is an explosion in the movie you can feel the concussion wave... I wish for such a high rated system that LG would have given more. Technically speaking I have to say that "Yes" this system is ATMOS and it does it very well. Could not give it a 5 though because I know what I paid for it and it should have done better. It will feel the room and I would still recommend this is you have spacing or power issues. Hope this helps someone.

There's some important things you should know if this Soundbar is new to you and you are setting it up. -Turn the auto power option from on to off in the LG wifi speaker app. When this setting is kept on it can cause issues with the subwoofer cutting in and out. -Move the subwoofer as far away from your wireless router as possible. Keeping it near your router can cause interference and also cause it to cut in and out. -The auto room optimizer can cause problems with the center channel and make dialogue sound muffled or too quiet. If you experience this issue reset the optimizer and don't use it. This will probably be dependent on the particular room you are using it in. Sometimes it may improve the sound, other times it may worsen it. -Off-axis listening with this Soundbar is not very good so you want the Soundbar as close to ear level as possible. This will make a big difference. Particularly with dialog. -You want to bump up the level on your front and rear upfiring Speakers +3 in the app. They are set too low on their stock setting. This soundbar is as good as it gets when it comes to soundbars, if Atmos is important to you there is no better option. It has the largest rear speakers on the market.

Bought it a few days ago and it seems like when I connect the Wi-Fi on the sound bar to the Wi-Fi to the house router seems like my Internet connection got slow From 190mbps upload speed 6mbps to 5-10-20mbps download speed and upload speed is 900k -4mbps and I'm connected on the 5Ghz on the Wi-Fi router

I've owned this for a week now and enjoy the ease of use for most things. Works flawlessly together with my Nvidia Shield and LG TV (tv still wont turn off over CEC but that's on the tv). Coming from a dedicated 5.1 system it's lacking a bit of volume compared to the old Teufel setup but I don't think I'll go back anytime soon. Really great to play music without having to have the TV powered on, I only wish the small display could scroll the current song title (I use YT Music). App and software is okay but could have a lot more settings like surround delay or custom EQ.
