i've had this long enough to know it's a great tv but user interface isn't and i wish it was easier to use. operating manuals are not good and not complete
Well, I just bought the best TV in my life. The clarity and color reproduction are outstanding. You can adjust the sound to your liking which is something I never had with a lesser previous TV. And one word sums it up for me. BLACK. I have never knew seen a the color black so black!!! Amazing. The narrow bezel makes this TV look bigger then it really is when I had it mounted on my wall, as compared to an older 70" with a larger bezel. The amount of adjustment you can do with this TV is staggering. You just need to spend the time with all those things to personalize it to your liking fir the best TV viewing. It's worth your time. I have bought the best TV and will brag that I have this TV to as many people who will care to listen.
I absolutely love my LG C2 Evo. I wouldn't even consider buying anything but LG oled. I have been buying LG oleds since 2016 starting with the c6 then I bought a C7,C9,CX and 2 C2's all 65 inch . The TV's keep getting better and better. I hope to someday get a G Series. And the best part of all...fantastic customer service!
This product is invading my privacy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I insist that I be able to turn off completely any and all microphones on the TV or its remote!! Besides being an infringement of my right to privacy it constantly keeps throwing up a request on the screen during usage for the agreement to use voice recognition to be completed thus interrupting movies, etc.
I've encountered quite a frustrating situation with LG and Asurion. This marks the second time within a year that my second LG OLED TV has developed a burned screen, even with LG Premium care extended warranty in place. Unfortunately, Asurion has been reluctant to repair or replace it. Disappointed and unlikely to choose LG OLED again. #CustomerFeedback #LG #Asurion
