The fridge is garbage. And trying to get through the AI to get resolutions is a joke. They know there's a problem with this fridge but continue to make parts difficult to acquire.

Let me just say.... I LOVE MY LG fridge with it's 4 types of ice! It is actually often the topic of conversation when I have guests. We love it so much so that my son bought the exact same one as well! It lost a star because the ice maker in the door went bad just after the 1 year mark and the craft ice is slow, really slow to produce those awesome large balls of ice for rock drinks. I was a bit concerned when we went from a 42" wide fridge to this 36" but it really has plenty of adjustable space inside.

I needed a counter depth fridge and this was the most storage of the ones I saw. I didn't need 3 kinds of ice but I actually use them all to my surprise. The shelf that slides out of the way for tall items is good but I need more tall item storage than that. The stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints but the black glass is always covered in prints. A good buy but could have improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator several weeks ago and it works as advertised. A slightly smaller footprint than our previous one, but with the same capacity. The glass door is handy, and is a fingerprint grabber, but that was expected.
