LG - Counter-Depth MAX 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with Four Kinds of Ice - Black Stainless Steel

The ThinQ interface to my smartphone is great and allows me to monitor and operate the fridge remotely.

So much room and love the clear shelves and drawers which allows you to see stuff in the back. Best feature is the ice! We were always running out of ice with our old refrigerator. This fridge has 3 ice makers and we always have plenty even when we have company. And I absolutely love the mini ice cubes. They are my favorite. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking. We have purchase several LG appliances and have never had any problems with them

The layout of our kitchen makes the counter depth refrigerator the best option. This does reduce the amount of space available, especially in the refrigerator. Space for taller items is somewhat limited. However, for me and my wife this is really a minor inconvenience. The biggest complaint we have is with the bottom drawer of the refrigerator. To pull open the drawer you have to open both refrigerator doors. It would have been good if the bottom drawer was split into two drawers. Aside from that, the motor is very quiet, the temperature is consistently maintained and we are happy with our fridge. We did need to replace the craft ice maker. Fortunately this happened while the warranty was still in effect. The repairman said this is a very common problem with LG. He also asked if we replaced the compressor. We haven't but there was an implied warning in his question.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the dishwasher about a month. Pros: quiet, cleans great, easy to use, like the app., very pleased with it. Con: I don't like the utensil basket. It has two tops that can flip open but the handle gets in the way it needs three and all the holes to put utensils in are the same opening size some need to be bigger to accommodate bigger handles.

Bought this in June 2024 to replace a 5 year old LG. Love this brand, got the counter depth version and find there is plenty of room for the 2 of us, both the fridge and freezer. There are 3 ice options and I was able to turn off the craft and mini cube options until I was ready. Only thing taking a while to get used to is there are no handles like the old one. That is our only complaint!
