I have had my LG G4 for quite a while. I loved the removable battery feature and my camera. I have been having a lot of problems lately: 1 - my phone gets very hot and shuts down a lot 2 - the battery drains very quickly (I've even tried different batteries.) 3 - my camera only works on one side - the selfie side! I don't like to take pictures of myself. I'd much rather take pictures of what I am looking at. I've had to do a factory reset a number of times. I've lost many pictures, messages, downloads, and music saved to my phone. 4 - Lately, I have been having a hard time getting reception in my living room sitting a mile from a cell tower. 5 - When people call they can't understand what I am saying or they hear screeching noises. Like I said... I really loved my phone at first and for quite a while, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My mom, sister, and I all got our phones at the same time, and paid full price. My mom has had some trouble. My sister had hers replaced by the insurance company with a G5 because they ran out of G4 and hates it. I think I really started having all this trouble with the updates. It sucks! OH AND.... 6 - I really HATE the on/off and volume buttons on the center back of the phone! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I bought the V20 for myself, the pixel for my gf, and the moto force 2 for my daughter all around the same time. Out of the 3 the v20 seems to have the best display. Both the pixel and moto seem to be a bit quicker but we're talking milliseconds here. The v20 has the best camera. The v20 defintly beats the pixel in my opinion, I give the moto 2 force a slight edge for 2 reasons. 1 my v20 randomly restarts at times, and the moto gets better signal. It picks up 4g in places the v20 only gets 3g, but it is slightly newer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I hate to say this phone is only good for about 1 year and then it's not. Without warning this phone just bricked. I had used the phone throughout the day and then suddenly the screen froze and would not unfreeze had to complete a hard reset and at that time it never came back on only would vibrate. Took the phone to the carriers store and the guy there said that this is a known issue with this phone and cannot be fixed. Also was told that LG is aware of the problem and has no fix for it either. So disappointed because it really was a great phone up to that point. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I loved the phone. I had an LG Chocolate once (which remains my favorite phone) so I was really excited to get the G4. Unfortunately, LG rolled it out too fast and it suffered technical issues. There was a mass recall on them. My phone started having issues such as every time I texted, I would get a message like "Unfortunately, Google Messenger has stopped working". It would close my text down and any message I may have been receiving was lost. This continued for a couple months until one day the screen just froze. No warning. I had been using it and the next thing I knew the screen would not respond. Neither would the power button. Took the battery out and when I tried to power back up it never went beyond the LG screen. Took it to dealer who predicted LG would junk it. That is exactly what happened. Less than 6 months after buying phone, I am forced to buy a new one. Very disappointed that LG would not replace with G5 but instead will make me buy it new if that is what I go with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Worst phone I've owned. I want to like this but I simply cannot, there are just too many bugs. It is sluggish for a hexacore cpu with 3gb ram. I was really hoping the mm update would fix things, but doesn't appear to. The audio is absolutely horrible, listening through headphones, music sounds papery with no depth and no equalizer to adjust anything. The power button doesn't always wake the phone when pressed, I am constantly dropping wifi 10 ft from the router (no it's not the router). This is the first and last lg phone I will own.
