LG Optimus G Pro E980 32GB Unlocked GSM 4G LTE Android Smartphone (White)

Had this phone for 4 years and loved it the whole time. There were no more software updates so i was forced to buy another. Unfortunately the v20 is terrible and I am now researching other brands because it has only been a year and it has been a pretty bad phone. Wish they'd bring back the Optimus and all that makes it so awesome, I'm not sure I trust LG quality anymore though:(

I have always been happy with an LG phone. I had originally purchased the LG Optimus 3, and unfortunately it broke. I was sent the upgrade with my insurance. But then I realized It was well worth it!!! I love the amazing features, especially the lasting-life battery, and the advanced 13 MP full HD camera with dual recording and dual camera. I am a devoted LG customer, and proud owner of my LG Optimus Pro Smart Phone. I highly recommend purchasing one!

I liked the phone a lot at the store. I was looking for a larger screen size and I liked what I saw at the store. I was then further and pleasantly surprised to keep discovering new things and features each day on the phone for the first several weeks. I still occasionally discover a new feature or aspect. I like that it processes at high speeds and, like I said, I needed and love the screen size of this fine phone.

This phone has surely outdone itself. From its design to its features its surely to grab your attention. Some may say the button layout is abnormal and a bad move. But being a user myself yeah sure it takes some getting used to but once you get a feel for the product its design will surely prove its convenience especially during a phone call and for all you selfie lovers. In addition to its design the features are just fantastic. It pretty much packs everything you need. Lost your remote? No worries there's an app for that. Need to jot down notes quickly? There's a feature for that. Need to save multiple things for future use? There's a feature for that. Its basically the companion you've been looking for. Need a great camera? Well this phones camera is outstanding from the light capture to the OIS (optical image stabilization) you can say bye bye bad photos. And the last pro I want to mention is its amazing battery life and its very quick charge time. It charges and lasts much more than any phone I have owned. Overall this phone is fantastic. But there is one complaint that I have and that is the speakers and audio. The speakers are poorly placed for example if you are watching a video or playing a game your hands cover the speakers (provided you are holding it horizontally which in most cases you do) and the sound is muffled by your hands. This was really aggravating especially because the sound itself is decent but not great. You can learn something from HTC's One (best sound and speaker placement). But besides that one con in regards to the audio. Its a great phone.
