Very nice phone, good customer service from Total Wireless. Camera isn't the greatest but adequate for most peoples use. So far reception has been great. I like not having the buttons on the edges of the phone, are on the back. I was always accidentally changing settings on my other phone.

I wanted a Tracfone and order this as per its description. Unfortunately Total Wireless is a subsiduary of Tracfone and the phone only works as a Total Wireless. They wanted me to pay for a years subscription to unlock it and enable Tracfone. I did not want to change my current cell phone plan. The phone itself is one of the best.

Nice smartphone for the price. Bought 4 of them and they are perfect for making a phone call, texting and surfing the internet. Basic tasks nothing complicated.

This is a great phone and a great price.

I bought two of these phones for my teenage children. They love them. They do everything my Samsung Galaxy does for a fraction of the cost. Very happy with purchase!
