So far it's working ok. The only thing I noticed was a few times I couldn't open the disc tray with the remote or unit button. I had to unplug/plug in power to open the tray.
Electronic Express came through for me I ordered this item and got it sooner than expected. Walmart.com not so much the last few things I ordered did not get.
I honestly don't even know how good or bad the product is yet because it didn't come with everything necessary to get it up and running. I'm very disappointed.
Dislike this item. You can't add apps and it's slow.
I love the machine. This is the second one I have owned. The only thing I didn't like was the cord that runs from the machine to the tv is not included. Lucky, I had saved my old one.
