I PURCHASED THIS PHONE A MONTH AGO. THE PHONE WORKED WONDERFULLY THE FIRST WEEK. THEN ALL OF SUDDEN THE BATTERY IS DEAD AND AFTER CHARGING OVERNIGHT THE PHONE IS COMPLETELY DEAD. TRIED SWITCHING PHONE CHARGERS THE SAME THING. BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY THE SAME ISSUE. I FOLLOWED SUGGESTION CHANGING TO PHONE SETTINGS TO PRESERVE BATTERY LIFE...NOTHING. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN OF LG BUT BY FAR THIS IS THE WORST PHONE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Best bang for the buck smartphone ever. Been using the phone for almost 9 months. It checks off everything you can ever want in a smartphone and is built like a tank. I don't ever have to worrying about dropping the phone and breaking it. Had Samsung galaxy phones for the last 6 years. You won me over with V10 and I got my wife the V20. Hard to find accessories, sometimes it overheats. No updates. But it does work so far, I haven't had it a year yet but I hear they fall apart within a year. We will see. I bought an AT& T branded phone unlocked so it has a lot of stuff on it that I don't need and can't remove which is annoying but if I had bought it out right it would have been too expensive as most decent cell phones are today. I have already had to get my phone replaced because it locked up. No way to wipe it back to factory settings. I took it to the store first to have proof wasn't from my neglect. Have had LG for years but this will be my last. Says blue...Even though we pay Insurance we get what they send.
