Life Extension Melatonin 1 mg, 60 Capsules

1 mg of melatonin is the ideal amount for me. No morning melatonin grogginess. Up and running by 7am. Nice petite capsule. I was taking 3 mg but it left me feeling off and sleepy and jonesing for caffeine to get jmoving in the morning.

I usually take 5MG melatonin when going to bed and that really helps. Sometime I wake up early and then I'll use this 1MG dose to help complete my snooze. It's not so strong as to cause any grogginess upon waking. Also good for short naps.

I've been taking this melatonin for a few weeks now and it works very well. I feel relaxed after taking it and fall asleep about an hour after. After doing a lot of research, this is the brand I trust!

This small amount of Melatonin does the trick for me. No need to combine it with expensive THC, as I had been doing for a few months. Wish I found this sooner. Takes about 30 minutes to kick in, use it only when I think I need it.

I have been taking this for fertility support at night. I started with one pill and am not trying two pills. So far I have noticed a few more dreams but it seems to be not impacting me too much.
