Lifetime 44" Portable Basketball System, 1263

I ordered a Lifetime portable basketball hoop from a retailer. It came early but when I opened the box I was missing all the hardware, supporting bars and pole. The retailer took forever to finally tell me to go to the manufacturer. I was so glad I did! I did have long wait times with all that is going on but both times I spoke with someone, one because I wasn't clear what all was missing, the service was outstanding! The second time I called they took the time to make sure they were sending all I need and replaced everything free of charge. Great Job and I will make a point to not only buy this brand in the future but recommend it to those I know.!!!! Thank you!

I bought this last week. We got to the point where you hit the poles together to seal them. Well our mistake we didn't make sure everything was assembled correctly. I contacted Lifetime for replacement poles. They were so nice and sent them right away!

I purchased this item for my 6 year old granddaughter. Walmart was very nice to mail her a new one after the post office mailed back the original one that was supposed to get to her home with her ball. Even though I was hoping for her to get it by her birthday she received it late but she was very happy. Her father had some trouble putting it together but afterwards all was great. Just have patience and time to put it all together. They really enjoy it as they can move it around. It is a great item and purchase.
