[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were able to install the picnic table top in no time. Thanks for standing behind what you sell. I didn't realize the benches had little knicks in the corners. Maybe duct tape will have to do there. Goodness!

I bought my picnic table(s) a number of years ago. We have two and one side table that we used near the BBQ pit when serving. They are tough made products. Comfortable and easy to fold up and put away when not in use. We lived in Florida a number of years and in preparation for hurricanes it was nice to quickly fold them up and garage them. They've certainly been the answer to our backyard hosting of events.

I'm so happy that I made that call today because I was blessed to be connected to a beautiful soul by the name of Shannon. She was soft spoken, and I could hear her smiling as we spoke regarding my issues. Shannon asked me some specific questions regarding the product and waited patiently as I took pictures and emailed them to her. She wanted to ensure that she was the person who handled my matter from the beginning to the end, and I was grateful for that. She was very patient as I took the pictures and she waited to ensure that she received each email with the photos. She knew how important it was to me that she was the person that I finalized this matter with. Shannon should be placed on the Employee of the Month list because she proved that she has what it takes to be an excellent customer service representative. We have approximately 60 of these tables. They are light weight yet very durable. The only problem that we have had is the clips breaking. The clips that hold the legs in when the table is folded up. I am not sure if it is the way that indivinduals are opening and closing the legs that may be causing the breakage.
