Never received it

Start up instruction are not included in the box, other than how to plug it in. There is no scan code for a quick start either. Trying to find a web page can be difficult as it is very very fine print. We finally did find a telephone number to call . 1st tech seemed a little irritated with our questions . Most difficult part is finding the right link with the correct password to set up a guest password, had to have the tech help us. My old Linksys was so much easier.

I bought this router after reading reviews on Consumer Reports. It was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. However it was missing directions and an Ethernet cable that was cited on the box cover. As a result, I have yet to get the router operational.

Gave instructions to leave package on front porch. Package was left outside in the elements. All the delivery people had to do was walk 3 more steps and open the door as seen in the photo.
