Overall my 2 1/2 year old really likes this toy. She does not full understand all the directions yet though. She is able to identify the shapes, colors and foods that it talks about though. She has had the kitchen for about 3 months now and it has held up well, even when she climbs on it. The only down fall is that the surface of the counter, self, stove and fridge are smooth an the foods are very light so if you bump the kitchen set, everything falls to the floor. I have had one of the foods come apart too because it fall off. I would recommend it to my friends.

This kitchen is the easiest toy I've ever assembled. Took only about 5min. including the stickers. It comes with so many wonderful food/pans that it is a perfect toy for my daughter. I chose this rather than the other ones for it's interactive play. Only problem is batteries aren't able to last more than one or two play sessions, before all you here is Oh oh Batteries low. Such a bumber. And with three kids using it under age 7 that is a major problem. Also there is very little storage space. No shelves, and the oven isn't big enough to really put things into either. The size is good for small spaces. My daughter 2yrs old loves it despite all its flaws. Should have gotten one without the sounds.

My 4 yr old daughter got this from "Santa" and she just loves it! BUT, BUT, BUT BEWARE! It takes 2 people to muscle the doors on! the 2 doors are extremely difficult to put on (only design flaw) but I do believe it is worth the aggravation. The food items are just too cute, they can be "cut" on the cutting board, and when you crack the egg-an egg comes out! This is very realistic and just too too fun!

My grand daughter loves this product. She is learning to cook and exploring many different areas of learning with this product. Color recognition, shapes, fruits and vegetables, kitchen safety, and most importantly is listening to and following directions. My grand daughter is two and my daughter is one. Since they play together my one year old is learning colors, shapes, etc. very early. I love this product.

The doors to the stove and the fridge are hard to put on. I found that applying a little hand lotion helped, but the stove door still does not shut all the way. Also, the decals are not sticking to the kitchen, and I tried contacting Little Tikes to get new ones but have not heard from anyone at the company yet. Otherwise, I think the kitchen is great, and my daughter loves it.
