Overall a Great Product, Granddaughter is 1.5 years old and is having a fantastic time in her back yard playing house. Packaging and Shipping was Fast. Easy to assemble and Safe.

My granddaughter just turned 4. This was her birthday present. Wow!!!! How beautiful she said, She loves it and her sister, who is 7 does to. It is large enough. Easy to assemble.

I reviewed a lot of playhouses for our lil guy (almost 2) and this has been great for the price. He's very busy :) = happy parents. Easy to put together, sturdy.

BOUGHT FOR GRANDKIDS WHO ARE ENERGETIC, LIVELY AND LEARNING, AGES 5 4 2 2 2 AND THEY CAN ALL PLAY WITH THE PLAYHOUSE. TEACHES COMMARADARIE AND SHARING, WHICH BY NATURE IS DIFFICULT WITH TODDLERS.

The item was obviously a return. The outside box was taped together poorly and the bags inside had been opend and taped back shut. The screws provided did not match the instruction in some cases. The roof did not fit the support structure until I filed down some rough spots. There were scratches on some of the exposed surfaces. The eves on the roof were not symetrical. Generally the quality was poor. Some of the problems were due to improper preperation of the return prior to sending it back out and some were due to poor quality manufacture. Other than the roof fit problem the assembly instructions were good.
