Little Tikes Lightening Mcqueen Bed

I read all the reviews and I pretty much agree with the majority of folks on here. #1. The box the bed comes in is HUGE! #2. It's worth every penny just to see the joy in your child's eyes! It was love at first sight for my son when he saw his bed. #3. Please take the advice of using Windex when placing the stickers!!! I used a twin box-spring and mattress and everything fits perfectly. I have no complaints when it comes to this awesome bed.

The bed was very easy to assemble. The decals were a little tricky though. My 2 year old loves it and slept in it the first night. Don't forget, if you do not use box springs, you must have a 3/4" board to place in the bottom of the bed on top of the wood slats that are provided.

My son LOVES his bed, I thought my son would never get out of my room. he's 6yrs old and Autistic and is a Cars fanatic, this bed is a must have... my son now sleeps in his bedroom every single night..(YES) so easy to put together but as everyone else said the STICKERS were a headache, but I started with the side that would be up against the wall and did a great job.

My 2 1/2 year old son absolutely loves his new race car bed. With the impending arrival of his new sibling we decided to move him into a new bed so we can have the crib for the new baby. He loves his new room and the freedom of a big boy bed. Took a couple of weeks for him to get used to it but he loves it!! Stickers are a little tough to apply, I recommend using a light soap/water mixture with a spray bottle. A little on the decal a little on the plastic, so u can position them easily then use a credit card to smooth out the bubbles.

This is my first review and I'm pleased to say that this car bed was a great choice. It was easy to put together; the stickers being the most difficult part. I think it's perfect because you can use it for a toddler due to the sides being slightly higher but he'll grow into it and it will last a lot longer than a toddler bed. We used a standard twin mattress and box spring. There's a little bit of a gap on the sides but not too bad and certainly not big enough for him to fall into. Our son is 3 years old which I think is the perfect age. Yes, the bed was expensive but I'm hoping it will last him awhile. It's much better than wasting money on a toddler bed that he'll grow out of in just a year or less.
